Does the chaos and stress of the holidays leave you feeling exhausted? Once the holidays are over with why not treat yourself to some R&R in Puerto Rico!! Puerto Rico has been on my ‘list of places I would live to visit some day’ for some time now.
Puerto Rico has 270 miles of coastline and featured in the Top 10 beaches from Travel Channel — including Flamenco Beach in Culebra, often cited as one of the best beaches in the world. It is filled with world-class attractions that will turn any trip into a 5-star vacation story. Did you also know that when you travel to Puerto Rico there is need for Passports or foreign money required!! Just hop on a plane and go!
In Puerto Rico you can:
- You can glow like an angel in the water in the Bioluminescent bays.
- You can visit the only rainforest under US national park service, El Yunque, and climb to the clouds.
- History Buffs can enjoy old world charm of San Juan.
- Adventurers can enjoy horse back riding or the magnificent Camuy caverns that runs through the 3rd largest subterranean river in the world.
- Foodies can experience the delicacies of Puerto Rican gastronomy and it’s famous Rums.
Puerto Rico Has a little something for everyone!!

My husband's mom is from Puerto Rico and we have never been. So my favorite amenity is family.
Old San Juan looks so interesting – I could spend all day exploring and I would love to attend the Signature Dinner Tour at Old San Juan! And I would love to spend time at Flamenco Beach!

I would want to go to Royal Isabela Golf Course.
Camuy Caving Adventure with it's ziplining, caving & body-rafting, then so many beaches…wow! I'd opt to find a horseback riding beach, that'd be heavenly!

I would definitely choose hiking out in nature. This was a trick đŸ™‚ because once I started looking at the things to do there, it took me a while to decide! Hiking in the tropical forest, along any beach, visiting wildlife refuge–the list could go on. So much fun!
I 'liked' them on Facebook!
I would go for the popular beaches and even secluded beaches. I'd also definitely enjoy the nightlife scene, especially the salsa clubs! I saw that Nuyorican Cafe, San Juan Marriott Courtyard, and the El San Juan Resort & Casino have salsa nights. That would be great đŸ™‚

I love el yunque. It's like being in a little place of paradise. I would love to splash in its waterfall.
I would love to visit Puerto Rico! The 2- hour trapeze class overlooking the San Juan Bahia sounds amazing, as do the many beautiful beaches, like Seven Seas Beach Park or Flamenco Beach Park. I love also that there are so many natural attractions to visit, like the El Yunque Rainforest and Mona Island. I went ahead and tweeted about this contest ( twitter.com/katiecarman/status/414628182717771776) and 'Liked' the page on Facebook — fingers crossed!
I would like to practice my Spanish. Warm tropical weather, beaches, and the opportunity to practice Spanish…priceless!
The El Yunque rainforest sounds amazing, but the Bio luminescent bay is also intriguing!
